On Friday, our office closed early due to
approaching winter storm.

I was happy to see my boys early in the afternoon.
What?
Oh, no no no, we are not going to the Vet.
(When I come home earlier than usual,
it's often because someone has to go to the Vet.)
It's too cold outside, Goro.
I know, Niko.
I mean, not until next week :-)
Niko will have his annual checkup next Saturday.
Please wish him luck!
Later as it was getting colder, I let Goro wear a scarf.

What a cute post again. Oh, they dread those visits to the vet and you're so right they are suspicious if we show up at odd times! Smart animals and spoiled... Cat clothes what a sight; I would love to try them out before having to pay for them!
We drove home on Friday afternoon from Emory by 2:00 PM and we had no problems but of course we went to the South...

Oh I LOVED seeing Niko san and Goro san again! And Niko san's sweet face when he heard that he was going to the dreaded ebil v-e-t in a week..priceless.
Katie said that he should transport over here in his tunnel. She said she will hide him till it's all over. Then he can come home again to Goro san and mommy and daddy. Katie doesn't realise that Niko san would have to go when he returns..let's not tell her. (or Niko san).
We enjoyed your post very much! We hope you are managing to stay warm, and that Niko's visit to the v-e-t goes well next week. Nice scarf, Goro! :)

Y'know, we are exactly the same way when the mom comes home early from work. We figure one of us is going to the vet....and we run under the bed! Goro, we love you in your scarf!
Tell your mom to be careful driving in slippery stuff. We loved your expressions of shock, kinda like ours when mom comes home unexpectedly here.

Purrs for a purrfect vet visit. It's very cold here but Odin loves to go out every day. He thinks he's a Husky and refuses to wear a sweater!
